The tool will be tested in 9 demonstration farms. Farmers will be trained in using the tool and guided in applying it in at least 2 vineyards per farm. Data on soil properties, biodiversity, vine growth and yield, etc. will be also collected, and a full economic evaluation performed, to compare the innovative solution(s) with the usual practice in term of environmental and economic benefits. The tool will be also tested in the third year in at least 40 farms across Europe, to evaluate replicability and transferability of the method.
